NEW WOD AND NEW BABY!!!

SORRY THAT WE HAVEN'T PUT OUT ANY NEW WORKOUTS LATELY. WE HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BUSY WITH A NEW ADDITION TO OUR FAMILY, OUR BABY GIRL ADDISON RENE...SHE WAS BORN ON 7/29/2012 AND IS GROWING MORE AND MORE EVERYDAY. 
PEOPLE ALWAYS ASK WHY I WORKOUT AND WHY I GIVE UP SOME OF THE THINGS THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP WELL HERE OUR MY REASONS..MY WIFE AND CHILDREN!!
