I WOULD LIKE TO WISH EVERYONE A HAPPY AND SAFE LABOR DAY...PLEASE BE CAREFUL OUT THERE, AND DO NOT FORGET TO PASS THE KEYS IF YOU ARE GOING TO DRINK THESE...


NOW ON TO OUR WORKOUT FOR TODAY...TODAY WE ARE GOING TO DO A FULL BODY HI INTENSE WORKOUT. IT WILL BE FOR TIME, SO GO AS HARD AND AS FAST AS YOU SAFELY CAN. REMEMBER THAT EVEN THOUGH THESE WORKOUTS MAY ONLY LAST 12 TO 15 MINUTES, THEY ARE MORE EFFECTIVE THEN A TRADITIONAL 30 TO 45 MINUTE WORKOUT. THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY AND OXYGEN THAT IS NEEDED TO FUEL EVERY MUSCLE IN THE BODY VERSUS ONLY FUELING ONE OR TWO AT A TIME...
