09/07/2012 WOD

TODAY'S WOD ANOTHER TYPE OF BENCHMARK WORKOUT. WE ARE GOING TO USE BASIC MOVEMENTS LIKE PUSH UPS, SIT UPS, AIR SQUATS, AND TIRE JUMPS IN TODAY'S WOD. 

IT IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW THESE BASIC MOVES, DONE CORRECTLY, CAN GIVE YOU SOME OF YOUR BEST TOTAL BODY WORKOUTS. 


MOST PEOPLE OVER LOOK BODY WEIGHT MOVEMENTS, BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL CAUGHT UP IN THE GLOBO-GYMS WAY OF THINKING. THINKING THAT YOU HAVE TO ALWAYS LIFT A WEIGHT 10 TIMES FOR 3 SETS. THAT IS A BIG MISTAKE... 

 WITH THAT BEING SAID GIVE OUR WOD A TRY AND SEE IF YOU DON'T FEEL A GREAT PUMP AND HAVE YOUR HEART RATE SCREAMING...

3 MINUTE AMRAP SIT UPS

3 MINUTE AMRAP OF TIRE/BOX JUMPS

MAKE SURE TO COUNT YOUR REPS FOR EACH EXERCISE AS WELL AS YOUR TOTAL REPS. THIS WAY YOU CAN COMPARE YOUR RESULTS WHEN WE REPEAT THIS WOD NEXT MONTH...
