11-14-12 DAY 6 (6 WEEK CHALLENGE)

THIS IS DAY 6 OF THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE, WE ARE ALMOST TO OUR FIRST MILESTONE - THE 1 WEEK MARK!! SO HANG IN THERE AND KEEP PUSHING THROUGH, IT WILL BE WORTH AT THE END!

SO FOR TODAY'S WOD WE ARE GOING TO TAKE A BREAK FROM THE WEIGHTS AND GIVE MOST OF OUR JOINTS A BREAK...WE ARE STILL GOING TO HIT OUR CARDIO HARD TODAY THOUGH..

15 MINUTE TIME LIMIT:

30 SECOND RUN

30 SECOND REST

REPEAT UNTIL YOU HAVE REACHED THE 15 MINUTE TIME LIMIT...

IF YOU NEED TO SCALE THIS WORKOUT, GO AHEAD AND REDUCE THE TIME TO 20 SEC RUN AND 20 SEC REST...

NOTICE I DO NOT SAY SPRINT HERE DURING THIS WORKOUT, THAT IS BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT YOU TO BURN YOURSELF OUT IN THE FIRST 4 TO 5 MINUTES, WE MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE 15 MINUTES, SO BY SAYING RUN WE CAN PUSH OURSELVES BUT STILL PUSH OURSELVES...
