DAY 5 OF THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE...
 
 
TODAY'S WOD WILL AGAIN COMPRISE OF STRENGTH TRAINING AND CARDIO ENDURANCE, THE DIFFERENCE WITH TODAY'S WORKOUT IS FOR THE CARDIO PART WE ARE GOING TO BE DOING BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES...
 
 
A VERY EFFECTIVE YET HARD AS HELL COMBINATION!!!
 
 
SO HERE IT IS..
 
 
10 ROUNDS OR 20 MINUTE TIME LIMIT:
 
 
1 CLEAN AND PRESS 135#
 
1 ROUND OF CINDY (5 PULL UPS, 10 PUSH UPS, 15 AIR SQUATS)
 
 
2 CLEAN AND PRESS
 
1 ROUND OF CINDY
 
 
3 CLEAN AND PRESS
 
1 ROUND OF CINDY
 
 
 
4 CLEAN AND PRESS
 
1 ROUND OF CINDY
 
 
REPEAT THIS UNTIL 10 CLEAN AND PRESS
 
AND 1 ROUND OF CINDY OR 20 MINUTE TIME LIMIT, WHICH EVER COMES FIRST....
 
 
 
TO SCALE THIS WOD, REDUCE WEIGHT TO YOUR FITNESS LEVEL. WHEN DOING CINDY YOU CAN SCALE THE PULL UPS TO JUMPING PULL UPS, THE PUSH UPS TO FROM THE KNEES PUSH UPS. JUST REMEMBER TO LOG HOW YOU HAVE SCALED THE WORKOUT, SO THAT IF AND WHEN THE WORKOUT IS DONE AGAIN YOU CAN SEE IF YOU HAVE IMPROVED BY NOT SCALING OR BY A FASTER TIME...
