11-10-12 DAY 2 OF 6 WEEK CHALLENGE

SO HERE WE ARE 3 DAYS INTO THE CHALLENGE AND MAYBE YOUR THINKING WHAT AM I DOING? OK SO YOU ARE SAYING I DONT HAVE THAT KIND OF WEIGHT AT HOME OR I CAN'T LIFT THAT MUCH...NO PROBLEM, LETS TAKE A LOOK AT THE FIRST THING. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF WEIGHT AT HOME USE WHAT YOU HAVE. FOR THE FRONT SQUATS MAYBE YOU HAVE JUGS OF WATER OR MILK, MAYBE IT CANS OF PAINT, MAYBE IT IS FIRE WOOD. THE KEY HERE YOU CAN FIND JUST ABOUT ANYTHING TO DO FRONT SQUATS WITH...LETS LOOK AT THE TIRE JUMPS. SO YOU DON'T HAVE A TIRE, MAYBE YOU HAVE A BOX OR STEPS FROM YOUR PORCH, MAYBE IT IS THE BED OF YOUR TRUCK, MAYBE ALL YOU CAN FIND IS A STICK TO JUMP OVER, OK SO DO IT..IT WILL WORK I PROMISE...AS FOR THE DEADLIFTS YOU CAN USE LAUNDRY BASKETS, TOOL BOXES, PAINT CANS...
 
THE POINT I AM TRYING TO MAKE IS THAT THERE IS NO EXCUSE WE CAN USE ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO DO THESE WORKOUTS, WE JUST HAVE TO DO THEM...
 
SO GET AFTER IT AND KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!
