11/09/2012 DAY 1 OF 6 WEEK CHALLENGE

SO HERE IT IS, IT IS FINALLY HERE. THIS IS DAY ONE OF OUR SIX WEEK CHALLENGE. IF YOU HAVE NOT YET DONE THE BASELINE WOD AND WANT TO JOIN OUR CHALLENGE, PLEASE DO SO PRIOR TO DOING DAY 1 WOD...

SO LET'S  GET GOING AND KNOCK THIS OUT OF THE PARK!!!

DAY 1 WOD

"TABATAS"

32 INTERVALS OF 20 SECOND OF WORK FOLLOWED BY 10 SECONDS OF REST..

8 INTERVALS OF PULL UPS

8 INTERVALS OF PUSH UPS

8 INTERVALS SIT UPS

8 INTERVALS OF AIR SQUATS

THERE IS NO REST BETWEEN EXERCISES, YOU COMPLETE YOUR 8 INTERVALS AND THEN QUICKLY MOVE ON TO THE NEXT 8 INTERVALS AND SO ON UNTIL YOU ARE DONE..

KEEP TRACK OF YOUR TOTAL REPS DONE FOR ALL 32 INTERVALS FOR THAT WILL BE YOUR SCORE..

EXAMPLE OF WORKOUT: YOU PERFORM 20 SECONDS OF AS MANY PULL UPS AS YOU CAN, THEN YOU REST FOR 10 SECONDS, THEN YOU REPEAT THAT 7 MORE TIMES (KEEPING TRACK OF TOTAL REPS)..WHEN YOU FINISHED THE INTERVALS FOR THE PULL UPS, YOU MOVE DIRECTLY ON TO THE PUSH UP INTERVALS AND SO ON...
