TODAY WE COMBINE INTENSE CARDIO WITH TOTAL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING.
HERE IS THE DAY 3 WOD OF OUR 6 WEEK CHALLENGE..
3 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
50 DOUBLE UNDERS
15 OVERHEAD SQUATS 95#/65#
IF YOU CANNOT DO DOUBLE UNDERS AS OF YET, NO WORRIES. SCALE THE DOUBLE UNDERS TO SINGLE UNDERS, BUT DO IT AT A 4 TO 1 SCALE..SO THAT WOULD BE 200 SINGLE UNDERS INSTEAD OF THE 50 DOUBLE UNDERS..
TO SCALE THE OVERHEAD SQUATS REDUCE THE WEIGHT. THIS MAY MEAN YOU USE 50#s OR THIS MAY MEAN YOU USE THE BAR ONLY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WEIGHTS OR A BAR AT HOME DON'T WORRY, JUST GRAP A BROOM OR A MOP HANDLE RAISE IT OVER YOUR HEAD WITH A WIDER THEN SHOULDER WIDTH GRIP AND DO THE OVERHEAD SQUATS WITH THAT. TRUST ME IF DONE CORRECTLY YOU WILL FEEL THOSE!
SO THERE WE GO, WE HAVE THE DAY 3 WOD, WE HAVE IT WITH SCALED OPTIONS WITH LESS WEIGHT OR NO WEIGHTS. THE OTHER THING WE HAVE IS NO EXCUSES, WE WILL CRUSH IT!!
